By subscribing to The Four Pivots Learning Journey, learners from all walks of life will benefit from a leadership development program designed to help them transition from outdated leadership models to healing-centered, visionary leadership.
The Four Pivots Learning Journey provides learners with the opportunity to complete a leadership style assessment. This assessment presents a series of scenarios and asks learners to identify which response best represents their leadership behavior. After the assessment, learners will discover which leader archetype they most naturally default to. With this knowledge, learners will be prompted to complete the lessons in a specific order, starting with the pivot that their archetype could benefit from the most.
Each pivot has two interactive lessons that detail the importance of that pivot in leadership. Flourish Agenda staff have also developed personalized videos that offer insight into how each archetype acts and can transform by incorporating that pivot into their personal and professional lives.
On each pivot’s page are downloadable activities that provide support in practicing that particular pivot. These activities can be done individually or as a team. Reading, video, and online resources are also provided in a digital library.
Finally, a reflection journal is available for learners to capture thoughts and insights throughout the Journey, as well as respond to specific prompts. Journal entries can be downloaded to track growth and accountability.
